Swimming
Swimming keeps me fit and allows me to cool down from the stress for an hour. There are 6 levels in my swimming school. After you are done with the 6 levels you go to stroke school where you learn breaststroke and butterfly. After you are done with Stroke School, its raider prep.
Level 1 you play games and get comfortable with the water. Level 2 you learn how to float in the water. Level 3 you learn the basics of backstroke and freestyle. Level 4 you learn how to do flips and keep your head out of the water. At level 5 you learn how to do backstroke and freestyle perfectly. At level 6 you learn how to dive. Raider Prep is really hard because you must prepare for the swim team, so you do many laps and exercise.
